Shipping Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can fill out our form on out Support page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns Policy

Where do you ship?

We ship to the lower 48 states in the U.S.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO address.

What shipping options do you offer?

1. Standard (4-7 business days)

2. Expedited (2-4 business days)

Standard and expedited shipping applies to most regular sized items. We use common couriers such as UPS, Fedex and USPS depending on the shipping address.

We always provide a tracking number for every shipment once it is dispatched.

Depending on the location and availability we may be shipping from a delivery network such as Amazon, in which case item will arrive in an Amazon box.

In some cases, a tracking number is only provided one day prior to arrival. It does not affect the actual delivery time. We thank you for your patience on this matter.

We also offer Truck Delivery for heavy and bulky items, dispatched from our Los Angeles warehouse and usual delivery time is 7-15 days depending on the distance.
